These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the ST Privé website, enquiries and bookings.
By using this website or making an enquiry or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
ST Privé reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking at its discretion.

2. Age Requirement
All clients must be aged 18 or over. By making an enquiry or booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Prices, availability, services and other information may change without notice.
Any specific arrangements agreed and confirmed with you will apply to your booking.

4. Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
To enquire about a booking, please provide your preferred date, time, duration and the experience you are interested in.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by ST Privé and any required deposit or payment has been received.
The availability calendar is a guide and does not guarantee that a particular appointment is available until confirmed.
For advance bookings, a selfie and/or ID verification may be required if this has not already been completed. Same-day individual bookings do not require selfie or ID verification.
Group bookings must be arranged in advance and are subject to the verification requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Evening appointments must be requested and confirmed by 4pm on the day of the appointment. Requests made after this time cannot be accepted.

5. Prices & Payment
Current prices are listed on the My Prices page.
Prices are non-negotiable. Any additional costs relevant to your booking will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, this will be explained before confirmation.
Please ensure you understand the agreed price and any additional costs before proceeding with your booking.

6. Time & Payment
Payment is for the agreed appointment time and companionship.
Payment does not guarantee any particular activity, outcome or experience. All arrangements remain subject to mutual consent, personal boundaries and the agreed terms of the booking.

7. Deposits
Deposits may be required depending on the booking type, duration and circumstances. Any required deposit will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
For daytime incall appointments, if I am already working that day, a deposit is not required. If I am not already working that day, a deposit will be required.
Evening appointments require a £100 hotel deposit, in addition to the booking fee. New clients must book a minimum of two hours for evening appointments. Established regular clients may enquire about a one-hour evening appointment.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
My cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings where a deposit has been paid.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Full deposit refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the deposit refunded.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
- If I cancel: Your deposit will be refunded.
If you fail to attend your appointment or do not make contact, your deposit will not be refunded and you may be declined for future bookings.
Rescheduling requests may be considered at my discretion and are not guaranteed.

9. Arrival & Late Bookings
Please arrive at the agreed time.
Arriving early does not mean that I will be available before your booked start time.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
A maximum of 15 minutes’ lateness may be accommodated, subject to availability. If you arrive late, your appointment will still finish at the originally agreed time, and the full booking fee will remain payable.
For example, if you book a one-hour appointment and arrive 15 minutes late, you will receive 45 minutes of your booked time but will still be charged the full one-hour rate.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled at my discretion. Any deposit or payment will be dealt with in accordance with my cancellation policy.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

10. Locations
Appointments take place at agreed locations, depending on the booking type and availability.
- Incalls: Appointments take place at discreet hotels.
- Hotel outcalls: Available where stated and agreed in advance.
- Private-home visits: Not available to new clients. These may be considered for established, verified regular clients and group/GB bookings by prior arrangement only.
- Car and lorry meets: Not offered.
All locations must be agreed before the booking is confirmed. Please do not assume that a particular location or arrangement is available unless it has been explicitly agreed.

11. Boundaries & What Is Not Offered
My personal boundaries apply to every booking and must be respected.
Not all requests or activities are offered. Please read the What I Don’t Offer page before enquiring to ensure that your expectations align with the experiences available.
No service or activity should be assumed to be included unless it has been specifically discussed and agreed in advance.

12. Mutual Consent
All interactions must be consensual and respectful.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Payment does not entitle anyone to disregard my boundaries or insist on an activity that has not been agreed.
Any behaviour that makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe may result in the appointment being ended or cancelled.

13. Power Exchange
Power Exchange experiences are available to Dominants only. I do not accept submissive clients for these experiences.
A questionnaire must be completed before a Power Exchange booking so that expectations, interests and boundaries can be discussed in advance.
My husband can be present during a Power Exchange experience for an additional fee. This must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
All Power Exchange experiences remain subject to mutual consent, agreed boundaries and any limits discussed before the booking.

14. Group Bookings
Group and gangbang (GB) bookings must be arranged and agreed in advance. Same-day group bookings are not accepted.
The person making the initial enquiry is responsible for organising the booking and communicating the agreed arrangements to the other attendees.
The organiser must complete verification first. The remaining attendees must complete any required verification before the appointment.
My husband attends all group and GB bookings for safety. This must be understood and accepted by everyone attending.
The number of attendees and all arrangements must be agreed in advance. No additional or unexpected guests may attend without prior agreement.

15. Travel Bookings
Travel and companion bookings must be discussed and agreed in advance.
Any applicable travel expenses, accommodation arrangements and other costs will be discussed before confirmation.
The itinerary, duration, location and arrangements must be agreed beforehand. Travel bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

16. Communication
Please contact me by message using the available contact methods.
Unarranged telephone calls are not accepted.
If you would like to arrange a telephone booking call, the fee is £10, payable before the call. This fee is non-refundable and is not deducted from the cost of a subsequent booking.
Telephone booking calls must be arranged and paid for in advance. Please do not call without an agreed time.
I may not always be able to reply immediately, but I will respond when I am available.

17. Respect, Privacy & Discretion
Respect, discretion and appropriate communication are expected at all times.
Harassment, abusive messages, threatening behaviour, dishonesty or attempts to pressure me into arrangements outside my boundaries may result in an enquiry or booking being declined.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

Reasons may include dishonesty, failure to complete required verification, disrespectful or threatening behaviour, attempts to disregard boundaries, failure to follow booking arrangements or concerns about personal safety.
Where a booking is cancelled, any deposit or payment will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and any legal requirements.
